Danke Sheep, was fuer eine Type...passt gut in die Diskussion die ich mit löö eine Seite vorher hatte. Zwei Dinge sind bemerkenswert... der Mensch hat keinerlei Unrechtsbewusstsein...Seine Einstellung zum Copyright.Das wirft fuer mich die Frage auf ob er recht hat mit der Aussage das es fuer Tattoos kein Copyright gaebe, was ich mir nicht vorstellen kann.

Eva Schatz oh, and burak - there IS a copyright for tattoos, for every art. This is against the law! When I draw or tattoo someting, you are not allowed to copy this - everywhere in the world. You do not need to write this unter every tattoo. (I know this from a customer, he is a lawer... btw...)
Its the same thing when you copy a Picasso painting and sell it - its not allowed!! same, same.... think about it....

In einem Punkt hat er recht; es gibt wirklich sehr viele Leute die "genau das" bis auf den millimeter haben wollen. Natürlich erklären wir dann das wir das nicht machen aber viele sehen es einfach nicht ein. Wir haben dadurch auch schon einige Kunden verloren, blöd, aber kann man nicht ändern.
Allerdings läuft unser studio auch gut und die paar Leute fallen dann nicht so auf aber für ein kleines Studio ist das schon scheisse.

Ich möchte den tätowierer damit nicht in Schutz nehmen aber solange wie sich die Einstellung sehr vieler Kunden / Menschen nicht ändert wird es auch immer copycats geben

Gibt halt einfach verschiedene Einstellungen zu dem Thema, auch von gestandenen Künstlern. Die wird man den Betreffenden wohl auch nicht so einfach ausreden können...
Bei Tattoos natürlich besonders bitter, aber so ist nunmal die Realität.

Wo ist eigentlich das Problem,als Inker bei einem Tattoo,das der Kunde uuuunnbedingt so,genau so und nicht anders haben will,den originalen Künstler zu kontakten und höflich nach der Erlaubnis zu fragen?
OK,meist wird man ein "Lass das,du Arsch" ernten,das kann man aber dann exakt so dem Kunden weitergeben.
"Sorry,der Urheber des Originales will nicht,dass sein Motiv kopiert wird.Musst dir was anderes aussuchen...".Würde das jeder Inker so machen,könnte sich jeder aussuchen,ob er seine Tattoos zur "Zweitinterpretation" freigibt...und von wem...oder eben nicht.

Das mag bei sehr bekannten Tätowierern und bekannten Tattoos klappen...
aber oft speichert sich der Kunde doch Fotos von irgendwelchen Tattoos, die ihm gefallen, ab und rennt damit dann zum Tätowierer. Also ich wüsste gar nicht unbedingt von welchem Tätowierer meine gespeicherten Bilder kommen.
