Grammatikalisch so richtig?

Ich glaube besser wäre:

You are not only responsible for what you (are) do(ing) but also for what you don't do (are not doing).

Wirklich besser mal einen native speaker drauf schauen lassen.

Du bist nicht nur verantwortlich für das was du tust, sondern auch für das was du nicht tust.

Engischversion:
You are not only responsible for this what you do, but also for this what you don´t.

Bin auch kein Experte, hört sich so aber wesentlich besser an:

You're not only responsibel for what you do, but also for what you don't do.

Btw: Warum eigentlich Englisch und nicht Deutsch? Oder hab ich das überlesen?
