Basic fat Burning Soup:
INGREDIENTS:
1 Kohlkopf
1 - 2 große Dosen Tomaten
2 grüne Paprika
1 Bund Staudensellerie
Salz, Pfeffer, Petersilie, etc.
Gemüsebrühe
6 große Frühlingszwiebeln
daraus eine Suppe zubereiten.
DAY 1
Alle Früchte außer Bananen Iss nur deine Suppe und Früchte am ersten Tag. Trinke ungesüßten Tee, Cranberrysaft oder Wasser
DAY 2
Alle Gemüse. Iss bis du satt bist rohes oder gegartes Gemüse. Versuche grüne Blattgemüse zu essen, vermeide getrocknete Bohnen, Erbsen und Mais. Zum Abendessen belohne dich mit einer großen gebackenen Kartoffel mit Butter. Iss soviel Suppe wie du willst. Is skein Obst.
DAY 3
Mixe Tag 1 und 2. Iss soviel Suppe, Obst und Gemüse wie du willst. Keine Kartoffel.
DAY 4
Bananen und fettarme Milch. Iss etwa 8 Bananen und trinke soviel fettarme Milch wie du kannst zu deiner Suppe. Bananen haben viele Kalorien und Kohlenhydrate, Proteine und Calzium um das Verlangen nach Süßem zu mindern
DAY 5
Fleisch und Tomaten. Du solltest etwa 300-500g Fleisch und eine Dose Tomaten oder 6 Frische Tomaten essen. Mindestens 5-8 Gläser Wasser trinken um Harnsäure auszuspülen. Wenigstens einmal die Suppe essen.
DAY 6
Fleisch und Gemüse. Iss nach Herzenslust Fleisch und Gemüse. Grünes Blattgemüse am besten. KEINE BACKKARTOFFEL. Iss deine Suppe.
DAY 7
Brauner Reis, ungesüßte Säfte und Gemüse. Iss dich satt. Iss wenigstens einmal deine Suppe.
THE END OF THE SEVENTH DAY, IF YOU HAVE NOT CHEATED YOU WILL FIND THAT YOU HAVE LOST 10-17 POUNDS. Although you can have black coffee with this diet, you may find that you don?t need caffeine after the third day. DEFINITE NO?NO?S: NO BREAD, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, AND NO CARBONATED BEVERAGES, NOT EVEN TAB OR OTHER DIET DRINKS?STICK WITH WATER, UNSWEETENED TEA, BLACK COFFEE, UNSWEETENED FRUIT JUICES, CRANBERRY JUICE AND SKIMMED MILK (on the day allowed), FRIED FOODS. The basic fat burning soup can be eaten at anytime, when you feel hungry. Eat all you wish, as often as you want. This soup will not add calories. The more you eat, the more you lose. You may eat broiled or baked chicken instead of beef (absolutely no skin on the chicken). If you prefer, substitute broiled fish for the beef on one of the beef days.
