Hi everybody,
with only 4 more days to go, we thought we'd give you a little update on the situation.
As always there are some good and some bad news ...
Let's start with the good news:
This year again, we're going to have a major free sound and light show at 10:30pm on Saturday evening as they're organising the "Sound & Light" fireworks at Vianden Castle. You'll have a great view from outside the hall and we'll keep the beer tent open until the show's over.

Okay, now for the bad news then:
1st) Because of the "Sound and Light" fireworks there will be a street market throughout Vianden during Saturday afternoon and a great part of the town will be closed to traffic from 2pm till midnight. So, all those who intend to come to the convention on Saturday are warned that they may encounter some obstructions of traffic should they arrive after 2pm.

2nd) Akira and New Hope have cancelled.
Yeah, we know ... news could have been worse, but we thought you should know.
Today we'll bring evrything we nee to Vianden and tomorrow we're going to start (and hopefully finish) building up the booths. Thursday and Friday morning we'll check last details, so everything should be ready for Saturday.
Well, we wish everybody who's coming to the convention a safe and stressless journey.
